As a Team Member within People Services, you will support the delivery of high-quality pensions and transactional HR services that enable the effective day-to-day operation of NRW. You will be responsible for processing a range of pensions, payroll and HR administration activities, applying guidance and procedures correctly, ensuring compliance with established procedures, service standards and relevant legislation.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will maintain accurate records, ensuring data is handled in line with information governance requirements, and provide timely, customer-focused support to managers and employees. You will respond to a variety of pensions, payroll and HR enquiries, resolving issues where possible and escalating more complex matters as appropriate.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working, helping to ensure services are efficient, compliant and responsive to customer needs. Through effective teamwork, attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence, you will support the delivery of a professional and reliable People Services function across NRW.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
