As a Data Management Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering and shaping the national AMX (Asset Management eXpert) Land Estate Asset Portfolio (LEAP) System. You will apply your technical expertise to drive the continued implementation of this system, ensuring it becomes an effective, reliable, and consistent tool for land asset management across Wales. You will be part of a national team of ten Land Management Specialists, working collaboratively to support operational colleagues and strengthen how we manage the land in our care.
You will help embed a Wales‑wide approach to land asset management by working closely with internal and external specialists across land stewardship, engineering, and asset management. Your work will directly support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the LEAP system and its associated processes, ensuring high‑quality asset data underpins our decision‑making.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Travel may be required on a occasional basis for team meetings. On a day to day basis you will work with the LEAP System Manager, but you will also work closely with Lead Specialists within the team and our operational colleagues across Wales. If you are diligent, innovative, work well with your colleagues and want to help us deliver improvements at a sustainable pace-please contact us to find out more.
