The role
The Technical Assets Fleet Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless delivery of fleet-related technical services within the Fleet Management Team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of fleet assets, directly contributing to the day-to day functionally and overall effectiveness for Natural Resources Wales.
Your role will include a mixture of desk based work, on-site auditing and engagement across your area. You will provide expert technical support, contributing to the maintenance, procurement and compliance of fleet vehicles and equipment. Your role will help optimize fleet performance, ensure the fleet remains cost-effective, safe and sustainable, supporting the organisation’s broader environmental and resource goals.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to an NRW office within the place base / location above and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
