This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious part or newly qualified accountant, an environment for genuine career development with exposure across members of the Executive Committee and various senior Execs.

 Key Responsibilities include:

•    Financial planning for Research & Development with a significant budget  across the Health and Nutrition businesses and includes the control of R&D fixed costs and support on R&D projects and Capital Investment.

•    Working closely with the R&D Leadership team to provide finance business partnering support.

•    Monthly analysis to ensure to ensure that the business has a clear view of the key drivers for performance and supporting R&D to help with forecast and budget setting

•    Support the R&D Leadership Team in managing change across R&D

You’ll succeed because….

You’ll be Part-Qualified / recently Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent with a previous track record in a similar role.  With an analytical mindset, you will be able to make informed decisions, balancing short & long-term interests of the company while assessing risks. With strong communication and influencing skills, you’ll be able to develop strong business relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial & financial objectives are aligned.

Working with mainly Category Directors, you’ll have responsibility for managing finance projects and developing a business case and relevant success criteria for successful project delivery becoming a financial subject matter expert in Health Relief, Intimate Wellness and Hygiene categories.
