Sales Account Manager, Permanent, £25,000 per annum, Wolverhampton, Office based, ASAP start!

Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced, market leading organistion who are looking for experienced Sales Account Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role

Sales Account Manager
£25,000 per annum
Wolverhampton, office based (no hybrid)
ASAP start
9:00-17:30 Monday-Friday

Key duties:

  • Processing orders via telephone, fax and email
  • Answering inbound queries
  • Prospecting for new customers and winning new business
  • Updating the customer database
  • Advising customers of available products and offering alternatives
  • Build rapport and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure orders arrive to customers on time
  • General administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working in a Sales or Account Management environment e.g. telesales, recruitment, estate agent
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn and get stuck in!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
