Salary: £165 to £265 per day depending on experience.

Job Description:
Hays Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS3/KS4 Food Technology teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Camden, North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Food Technology lessons to students in KS3 and KS4. The role is full time and will run from ASAP through to July 2024, with the option of a potential permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality Food Technology lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
  • Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress.
  • Providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.
  • Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

    • Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4.
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum for Food Technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education to all students.
