Your new company
You will be working for an international manufacturing organisation, who produce complex chemicals for world-renowned brands on a global scale. Your new company is going through an exciting group wide transformation and lean manufacturing journey, as well as developing their product range and improving their company vision.
Your new role
In your new role as Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of operatives, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met, whilst adopting a safety-first mentality. As Manufacturing Team leader, your priority is to lead teams successfully, creating an engaging workforce across shift and site, working closely with other production departments.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your new role as Manufacturing Team Leader, you will need to have had previous experience in a production leadership position, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working in a safety-conscious manufacturing facility. As well as your technical abilities, you will need to have such personal attributes, such as teamwork, communication and leadership.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of around £40,000 with a 30% shift premium, alongside other company benefits such as competitive holidays, pension and an engaging working environment.
