Hays Social Care are looking for a Scheme Coordinator to support a Charity in Greater Belfast.

Hays Social Care are working with a client in Greater Belfast who are passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable people, offering them support and companionship. Their wish is to encourage enhanced quality of life, dignity and respect for elderly people.
Your new role
As the Scheme Support and Tenant Communication Officer, you will welcome and assist new tenants into their new home and work alongside the Scheme team members to create an engaging and homely environment for all tenants. At the heart of this role, you will socially engage and motivate tenants by creating and managing regular activities, outings and events across the 3 sites and ensure that the Scheme team are attending to Health and safety, food hygiene and maintenance best practice.You will provide support for Tenants with issues such as loneliness, bereavement and personal administration such as assistance with benefits, social care forms or certain health matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a natural born communicator with a specific passion for improving the lives of older people and have the ability to steer and guide a team through support and encouragement - making a positive impact with tenants and your team. You will be open to travel between schemes, have housing setting experience and think outside the box to make positive changes. You will be organised and keep up to date with support plans.
Full driving license with access to a car is essential.
What you'll get in return
- £22,500 - £25,000 depending on experience- Full time (37.5 hours per week)
