Your new company is an industry leader in the FMCG / Foods sector and is currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multiskilled Shift Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
Your new role will give you the responsibility for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of machinery during designated shifts, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of the sites' manufacturing processes. You will also be expected to support and work closely with production to deliver business results, ensuring all PMs are completed punctually.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you will need the following:

Relevant qualifications (i.e., NVQ)

Experience working in a food manufacturing facility

Skilled in PPM and reactive maintenance

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement

Effective communication

Effective team work across all site functions

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a healthy salary of £50k with the potential of OTE over £60k. This is as well as a competitive pension scheme and other industry-specific benefits.
