Regional Manager in Motor Fulfilment

In this role you will ensure delivery of the Motor Fulfilment Repair Network strategy, with focus on future sustainability, business planning and capability of the Motor Repair Network. Accountability for leading and developing a robust region, through performance management and problem solving. Driving efficiencies to meet the needs of our customers whilst adhering to risk and compliance requirements.

Objectives and Results

Managing Customer Expectation

Embed a customer driven culture into the teams ensuring we treat our customers fairly at all times.

Ensure My Performance at DLG is embedded into the day to day working life of the teams, holding regular quality conversations with direct reports. Identify and arrange learning & development courses as appropriate for all direct reports.

Management of Indemnity Spend

Supporting the managed repair network to achieve key customer metrics. Interacting with the supplier network setting agendas and timelines for the resolution of actions in a timely manner.

Supervising and proactively lead the regions' performance against budget and forecasted metrics. Identifying trends in performance measures. Utilise relevant management information to understand emerging issues.

Adherence to Direct Line Group Risk Framework

Support the adherence to the minimum standards and regulatory requirements. Getting it right for our people, shareholders and customers through governance, ownership & adherence to internal and external policies, process & procedures.

Identify, own and lead the risks involved in running our business appropriate to your role, interacting with the appropriate internal and external contacts, ensuring opportunities and threats are handled proactively and in line with the Group Risk Framework minimum standards.
