As Director of Planning, Performance & Governance you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Money & Pensions Service through the implementation and maintenance of good governance, corporate and business planning, as well as ownership of the organisation’s PMO and change agenda. You will also hold a broader strategic leadership role as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team.

A collaborative and inclusive leader, you will bring a track record of leading business planning in a matrix-working, multi-functional organisation with a proven ability to develop and implement corporate planning. You will bring demonstrable experience of leading transformational change, particularly focused on culture, and successfully build effective trusting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. You will evidence a keen consumer focus, showing the positive impact your role will play on service users, particularly those who are vulnerable. You will bring not just capability, but a clear sense of a strong value set in line with an organisation that champions inclusion, diversity, collaboration and successful delivery.
