Our Commercial Partnerships team is growing with some exciting partners having recently joined our business and our continuing ambition is to keep growing! With incredible growth, comes exciting change, and we have an opening for a Head of UK Insurance Business Solutions to join us on a permanent basis.
Youll be leading the UKIBS team to deliver a compelling business insurance and partnership proposition for SME customers, current and prospective partners to drive both growth and profitability.

Who youll be working with:
Were a department of around 50 people with multiple subject areas allowing us to be agile and self-contained. Were vibrant, upbeat and ambitious - no two days are ever the same.
What youll be doing:
Lead and optimise the trading performance across multi-channel distribution including partnerships, direct marketing and Personal Lines referred customers and performance of the Broker Panel
Develop, deliver and lead the implementation of the UKIBS strategy, including new partner acquisition and partnership retention
Ongoing development of the customer, and partnership proposition through new initiatives, innovation, product development and embrace standard methodology
to support the delivery of the UKIBS partnership strategy.
Provide strategic leadership across UKIBS (Relationship team, Operation, Marketing, Proposition Development¦etc.) to build a compelling vision for the future and a strong brand identity
Be responsible for the contribution of the UKIBS Business to the UKIBS Entity Quarterly Board meetings, collaborating closely with contribution stakeholders as necessary, including finance, risk, CoSec.
Lead a team of people directly, and through others, to deliver excellent customer performance, meeting required Conduct and Risk standards
