InterQuest are currently supporting one of our Retail Banking clients on their search for a Senior Fraud Strategy Manager. The main focus will be to own the fraud transaction strategy for Credit Cards, Personal Current Accounts, and Savings. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience, have a highly analytical mindset, and be comfortable managing a wider team of fraud specialists.
Typical Responsibilities but not limited to;
Own the transactional fraud strategy for Credit Cards, Personal Current Accounts and Savings working closely with Payment Strategy, Credit Risk, Commercial and IT.
Driving efficient fraud customer journeys for our customers through utilising fraud tools to their full potential and ensuring with support from external vendors as appropriate.
Own and create the fraud budgeting process to ensure that losses are forecast at the appropriate level as the business grows.
Influencing key stakeholders across the business at all levels and converse at Director level.
Managing a team of fraud experts/analysts, driving resilience across the core payment systems and leading them to drive real value from the analysis function, involve them in fraud optimisation projects and drive knowledge sharing across the Fraud Strategy Team and wider Bank.
Own and test processes across fraud strategy to ensure resilience and risk management.
Be a key senior member of staff within Customer Security contributing to the management of transactional fraud strategy.
Demonstrate thought leadership, be a strong self-starter and use previous experience to drive for results.
