A long-term opportunity has become available for a year 1 teacher in Warrington.

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Year 1 Teacher join a highly rated primary school situated in Warrington. This school is seeking an inspiring Teacher to become a part of their team after the February half-term with scope for the role to continue until the end of the academic year. This role will be within a mainstream primary setting who believe that language development is critical to children's success in all areas of their lives. We provide a rich and varied language environment, where children are encouraged to express themselves and communicate effectively.

Your new role
In this role as a Year 1 Teacher you will be trusted in the day to day running of classes. This will entail organising the classroom and learning resources to create a pleasant, stimulating and positive environment. You will need to be a leader of learning who has high expectations for every child and to provide a carefully structured and thorough education experience which enables pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • An in depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
  • Experience working within a KS1 setting, this is useful but not essential.
  • An up to date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
