Harvey Nash is working in partnership with an organisation based in North Yorkshire to source and secure a talented IT Support Technician
You will be responsible for BAU support and project based work, ensuring existing IT systems and services are improved and maintained.
- Owning service desk tickets through to resolution
- 1st/2nd line support resolution
- Maintain infrastructure, including AD, GSuite and Office 365.
- Manage LAN/WAN (Cisco) Technologies
- Support with Disaster recovery
- Ensure operational documentation is maintaine
