We have a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our Tech Services area of the business. Supporting the testing, validation and release of products, features and general updates and also providing specialist operational support post release within our Technical Services area of Direct Line Group.

What youll be doing:

Provide specialist technical support for products and services owned by Core Technology

Work collaboratively with the Core Technology Subject Matter experts on the delivery, testing and support of new and existing products and services

Monitor and report on any trending issues with a view to proactively resolve, working alongside key ITIL functions.

Support and drive continuous improvement within the end to end release management life-cycle.

You will govern and assure technical change to provide confidence to stakeholders that the expected value of technical changes are being delivered without impact to live operational services

Partnering with the service integration, service operations and service management teams to support the voice of the Customer

Continuously provide technical input to inform the planning and delivery of technical changes across our function.
