We have a rare opportunity for an EUC Desktop SME to join our team of expert engineers based out of our Head Office in Bromley (just 20 minutes direct from London, Victoria). Who youll be working with:

We are committed to R&D and invest heavily in emerging technologies including growing a healthy relationship with Citrix, AWS and Azure (our virtual desktop environment). Pushing the latest and greatest technologies whilst empowering our colleagues along the way is second nature to us.

This is a key engineering role within a multi-disciplined/skilled team of 10 engineers who are accountable for providing technical assurance, governance and expect technical guidance to the build, delivery and operation of our core productivity, collaboration and associated Microsoft components supporting 14,000+ users across DLG!

What youll be doing:

Engage with business and turn requirements into technical solutions using Office 365 services

Act as an escalation point for major incidents or problem management

Technical design, technical governance and oversight of our core productivity, collaboration services

Maintaining subject matter expertise of the external market and emerging technology trends related to EUC

Implementing the new SharePoint Online intranet

Assisting intranet publishers to migrate sites

Designing and building custom sites as required

Providing technical support and remediation of O365 custom solutions

Driving the development of emerging desktop solutions underpinned by Citrix Cloud, Azure, AWS and other providers

Providing advanced windows 10 diagnostic, performance, tuning and troubleshooting skills

Supporting the on-going delivery of our Office 365 Client Application configuration and management

Assisting in the optimisation of Active Directory, group policy, SCCM, and App-V

Network troubleshooting including proxy, firewall and load balancer appliances

Defining EUC technical strategies, standards and road maps (aligned to DLG technical standards)

Maintaining subject matter expertise of the external market and emerging technology trends related to EUC

Key skills you will have include:

Office 365 SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Powershell, Teams

Desirable skills:

Office 365 Forms and Groups

Experience of SharePoint framework solutions (SPFx)
