The role

What we are looking for:

DLG is going Agile!

Our Customer and Commercial Value Chapter takes end-to-end responsibility to design, develop and manage product features and how they integrate with customer journeys, including harmonisation and phasing out of commercial products, services, channel formulas and processes to offer an optimal customer experience and value proposition

Were looking for an individual to join this chapter at an advanced level to drive the definition and implementation of the end to end insurance experience, contributing to the medium to long term vision for our customer and commercial strategy, managing financial performance and interfacing with key stakeholders.

Who you'll be working with:

As a squad member, you will collaborate with your teammates and other internal and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

Work as or alongside the Product Owner to align overall insurance vision and strategy with specific squad missions and supports delivery of squad outcomes.

Shape and aligns the holistic distribution strategy and roadmap across key channels including Digital, PCWs and Operations.

Identify customer problems and eradicate pain points across end to end experience aligning proposition to brand values.

Define and monitor performance criteria of products, services, distribution and customer contact strategy and drives idea generation and continuous improvement.

Build deep understanding of regulatory landscape and identify implications on business models, products and processes.

Identify and drive new product development opportunities in line with consumer demand and overall DLG strategy.

Lead on financial aspects such as budgeting, planning, commercial trading and business case production, managing trades-offs between customer and commercial outcomes and strategies.

Work with key internal stakeholders to drive alignment with key internal interfaces sitting outside of the tribe structure (Operations / Claims / Customer CoE).

Lead on engagement with external business partners creating strong relationships and effective dialogue to drive agreed outcomes.

Actively seek out and bring the voice of the customer into all squad activities including sprint planning, execution and retrospectives.

Ensures the squad adapts in line with shifts in consumer behaviour and market forces.
