About the Role
As the Senior Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, you will create and deliver the OS Digital Marketing Strategy, across website including development and enhancements; and marketing, including, SEO, automation and paid. As well as incorporating and aligning with the social media strategy and team. You will help maintain and evolve the brand and positioning whilst ensuring brand consistency cross all digital platforms.
You will be responsible for leading, planning and delivering marketing programmes, strategies and projects that support OSs Business Units. You will lead the creation and delivery of overarching strategies for the web estate, UX approach, digital marketing and incorporating social media.

To be the successful candidate you must demonstrate your track record against the following essential criteria and competencies in your application:
Leads, manages and develops the Website , UX and Digital team overall (include Social Media), to inspire the business and all stakeholders with continual improvements
Aligns with BU objectives and missions, to provide best practice to key stakeholders.
Accountable for the creation and end-to-end delivery of web estate improvements, UX delivery, digital marketing programmes, sdigital campaigns (including social media) and budget control.
Sets clear objectives and measures website, social and digital effectiveness through relevant KPIs, ensuring return on investment targets are set appropriately and adhered too, and present results to key internal stakeholders and executives.
Manages internal and external teams, agencies and partners to ensure plans are delivered on budget and on time.
Reviews business processes and provides strategic direction to brand marketing teams and BUs in line with the changing digital environment.
Delivers revenue generating digital marketing plans to support content marketing goals.
Owns the Marketing Automation estate for the business and any interfaces to the business units
Good knowledge
Digital Marketing strategy for SEO, Email, PPC and Content delivery
Marketing Automation such as Microsoft Dynamics, Dot digital or similar
Able to lead and motivate the technical delivery of the Web state, UX projects and align to Social Media calendar through the respective owners
