The Enforcement team handles investigations into potential breaches of regulatory rules and general consumer and competition law across Ofcoms regulated sectors, including telecommunications, post and broadcasting. The team also plays an important role in helping policy teams across Ofcom develop new regulation, to ensure they have the desired impact. Finally, we also carry out advocacy work with stakeholders to promote a compliance culture.

This is an exciting time to join us, as Ofcom prepares for the regulation of Video Sharing Platforms and any future responsibilities Ofcom may be given regarding the regulation of harmful and illegal content online.
