We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Flexible Bank Housing Concierge. So, if you are looking to earn some extra cash over the coming months, or you are keen to change your career then we are recruiting Bank Workers to support our vulnerable customers across our care and support services in North Hampshire.

As our Housing Concierge, you will play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our service.  Youll make sure that our buildings and customers are safe and secure, and that we get on with our neighbours!

Youll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to. Youll also be our first point of contact for customers during the night and at times well also need you to do some general cleaning duties too.

About our team

Youll be working alongside our fabulous team of Housing Concierges who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements.  To us were not just a team were a work family, we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too!

Working hours

This role is for night owls, as you'll support our services throughout the night. Generally, you will work on an ad-hoc basis, usually between 21:00 to 09:00. We provide support to our customers 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Youll work on a rota basis covering weekends and bank holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple sites in one shift.

It would also be amazing if you had a driving licence and had access to a vehicle (we do pay your expenses to cover this use!), but it's not a deal breaker if you don't!

About you 

Youre passionate and motivated and youll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative.

Youll be flexible to work at short notice and ready to join us over the next few weeks. The great news is that youll be gaining loads of experience working in different services or locations. But we do need you to be a real people person!

If youre not the biggest fan of technology, thats not a problem to us. You do need to know that we are quite a high-tech company and most of our application process and mandatory learning are online. However, were glad to support you, if you need help.  

It would be amazing if you have worked in this type of environment before, however its your €œcan do€ positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success. We can nurture your talent, just let us know in your cover letter why you have a passion for working here!

When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you dont have a transferrable one.
