Were looking for Graduates with a 2:1 degree in a Business or Supply Chain discipline, to join our exciting new Procurement Graduate Programme.

Who you'll be working with

Within DLG our Procurement functions operating model combines Commercial Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Development into a single centralised function with redefined ways of working to improve the operational efficiency, but also significantly improve the effectiveness of third-party engagement to ensure appropriate service and risk management at best value. Youll get to know the whole team including those at the top and learn from experts as you move through youre journey with us.

What you'll be doing

During the programme, youll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our Procurement team, our business, our customers, and the wider insurance industry. 

Youll rotate around 3 placements within our Procurement area, including 1 customer facing placement within one of our inspirational contact centres. Youll enjoy gaining experience in sourcing and commercial management, driving complex projects and building business requirements for the short and long term. Youll also enjoy on-the-job training and workshops to develop your skills and work towards the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply qualification.

What we'll give you

On our 2-year Procurement Graduate programme, it all starts with an ambitious £28,150 base salary which will grow as you do with an annual pay increase on the anniversary of your start date. A £2,500 joining bonus and you'll enjoy 25 days holiday with the option to buy or sell up to five days. Whats more, your benefits are flexible. At the end of the 2 years, if youre performing well youll secure a permanent role within our team.
