We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our clients. You will be working with people who have various needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, or physical disabilities, and help them to live their lives as independently as possible.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for:

Assisting clients with their daily tasks, such as personal care, household chores, medication, and finances

Supporting clients to access community facilities, social activities, education, and employment opportunities

Encouraging and teaching clients new skills and hobbies that enhance their well-being and confidence

Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

Working closely with other health and social care professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care

To be a successful support worker, you will need:

A genuine interest in helping people and making a positive difference in their lives

A respectful and non-judgmental attitude towards diversity and individuality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

The flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends

A relevant qualification or experience in health and social care (preferred but not essential)
