The Office for Students (OfS) is the independent regulator for higher education in England. We were created in 2018 to ensure that all students, whatever their background, have a fulfilling experience of higher education that enriches their lives and careers.

We see diversity as key. Having a breadth of cultures and heritages in our business brings about an inspiring and inclusive environment - so we warmly welcome talent from all backgrounds. We`re also very proud to be a Disability Confident employer, meaning we`ll provide a fully accessible recruitment process for qualifying disabled applicants.

With the world becoming ever more technology driven we`re making sure we keep ahead of the curve. Information Technology is fundamental to the OfS in being able to carry out our role as a regulator effectively. We have made major investments in new cloud technologies that underlines this commitment. Our IT team is at the forefront of enabling the organisation to utilise these investments - remaining fresh and contemporary to ensure we embrace the direction of our industry. Our commitment and enthusiasm for moving forward with our tech means that opportunity for our people to succeed is truly great, with a wonderful work-life balance.

We`re happy to receive applications for full time, part-time, job share or secondment opportunities.

Our IT department is dynamic. It`s fast-paced, busy, and consistently challenging. It`s a friendly and supportive place to gain great experience quickly and personally develop in a customer-focused space - we are not simply just a support team; we are a key partner in the organisation. So, if you`re looking for an exciting role in an exciting, friendly place, then feel free to apply and tell us just why we should work together.
