The aim of the `IT Business Partner` is to operate as a strategic partner to the business. The role is responsible for analysing business needs and assessing the impact of new IT requirements on the business and technology landscape. The role requires developing a close working relationship with business areas as well as working closely with IT colleagues and other internal stakeholders in order to assess and communicate business requirements, changes and opportunities for service improvement. If you have business analysis and delivery skills, good communication skills, are able to work collaboratively with other business partners to enable a comprehensive understanding of the business, and are passionate about how technology can add value we`d be keen to meet you.

In some specific roles the OfS operates a system of dual or triple pay banding. This enables candidates to the appointed to an appropriate pay band depending on their skills and experience, as demonstrated, and assessed through the selection process. See the job description for more details.

Pay band 8 - £37,273 - £38,309

Pay band 9 - £47,616 - £49,134
