Client Services Manager

Mercury House, Durham

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary of £20,000 to £21,800 pa, plus brilliant benefits

On call shift payment of £14.30 per session

We are doing things a little differently at the moment, so to keep you, our customers and ourselves safe well engage with you digitally where possible. 

 

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome Central Resource Team. You will have a genuine passion to lead our service in providing resource support across the Teesside, Durham and Sunderland area. 

 

Youll have overall responsibility for supporting the management of the Central Resource Team a team of 12 Support colleagues, backfilling annual leave in all services across the area. The Central Resource team also coordinate and manage over 40 bank colleagues, working flexibly across all services to ensure they are always staffed and providing an excellent service.

Youll also be responsible for monitoring the service performance against set targets and ensure that the service continues to contribute to cost saving efficiencies for the wider business. 

 

About our teams

You will join the wider TDS management team and have support from our Senior Client Services Manager, Lindsay Hutchinson who has worked for Home Group for over 11 years.

Your strengths will lie in people management and motivation, bringing colleagues together to share information and best practice. Youll maintain strong professional relationships with your peers and their teams as well as external stakeholders such as our agency partners.

To make sure you are a success in the role, its important that you have experience in managing people, recruitment and data analysis skills.

Well be impressed with your passion for changing culture and recruiting right, as well as your focus on quality, efficiency and your ability to develop service provision in new and innovative ways. 

 

Youll be able to respond quickly to resourcing requests which will include the coordination of colleague rotas and linking in with our agency partners to ensure these are fulfilled appropriately and within timescales. 

Its also important that you have excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too.

 

It would be amazing if you have worked in a resourcing environment before, however its your €œcan do€ positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success.  

 

When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you dont have a transferrable one.
