Product Owner

We innovate our products, services and technology to benefit our customers, businesses and people across Great Britain and globally. About the Role
 
This is a unique opportunity to add real value as an integral part of the new Propositions and Innovation Team at OS.
 
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who shares our passion for lateral thinking, problem solving, innovation and teamwork. You will be part of a cross-functional team that handles our innovation pipeline. Using an understanding of OS, particularly its product offerings and solutions, paired with solid experience of agile methods (SCRUM), you will take responsibility for portfolio backlogs. You will always be acutely aware of the customer need to collaborate with delivery teams to achieve key outcomes. OS operates within an environment that is conducive to self-starters, using collaborative methods to deliver products. With this role comes the freedom to develop your own niche within OS, using your people-centric personality to engage and influence. At OS we encourage ownership and this role is testament to that.
 
 About You 
 
You will be able to demonstrate evidence against these key criteria;
 
Owns the product value propositions, lifecycle plans and roadmap for OS.
Champions a wide understanding of product value propositions, acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders
Supports the delivery of customer-centric propositions, associated marketing and communications to ensure customers, partners and other product stakeholders feel engaged and value product developments
Leads product performance reviews using product scorecards and KPIs to make effective, evidence based decisions about product management and future developments, initiating customer mitigation strategies where necessary
Leads user community engagement with key customers, partners and external stakeholders, and ensures that end-user feedback is channelled effectively (i.e. translated to product requirement updates or fixes)
Develops relationships with operational /customer facing colleagues and external partners to deliver product roadmap (new products, withdrawals, enhancements) within expected service, cost and revenue targets
Manages and leads team (as required)
