About the role: Imagine a job where you are part of an architectural journey; where you can use your technical capabilities to evolve the engineering architecture of the business, and where you can grow and broaden your own skills.In the role, you will join our expanding Technology and Design team with responsibility for the definition and delivery of architectural solutions from vision to reality. You will work to meet business objectives and be accountable for ensuring that the design and development of those solutions are sustainable and fit-for-purpose for current and future OS business need.Working with stakeholders from across the organisation, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams in both the definition and realisation of architectural solutions. In your work you will benefit from collaboration with the brightest minds in OS; some of the best experts in the field. What were looking for: If youre interested in joining a team that lies at the heart of what OS is about, were looking for an individual that can demonstrate skills and experience in: Definition and implementation of Solution Architecture Delivering full stack solutions on public cloud platforms (eg: Microsoft Azure) Providing technical leadership and collaborating with development teams in an agile environment Collaborating and influencing key business/technical stakeholders Industry best practices for architecture, agile software development processes and lifecycles Experience in one or more of the following fields: building cloud native architectures; API development; scaling VM based applications in cloud environments Experience in geospatial technologies would be an advantage The rewards: We want you to love what you do.
