About the role:


Joining our established Architecture team, you will be responsible for defining and realising solutions that enable OS, our customers and partners to access and use data. Together we will collaborate to find new and innovative solutions.

You will work to business objectives and be accountable for ensuring that the design and development of the solutions are sustainable and fit-for-purpose for OS business needs. Working with stakeholders from across the organisation, you will collaborate closely with numerous delivery teams.

For this role, you will specialise in cross-discipline technical leadership for our onsite and cloud technologies that enable our operations and drive our global cloud ambitions, with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure. You will also be responsible for contributing towards the 5-year roadmap within your technical specialism and ensure it aligns with the wider business strategy.


What were looking for:


If youre interested in joining a team that lies at the heart of what OS is about, were looking for an individual that can demonstrate skills and experience in:
The definition and implementation of cloud solutions, preferably in Azure
Influencing key business and technical stakeholders
Providing technical leadership to and collaborating with teams in an agile environment
Very good consultancy skills
Experience and in-depth knowledge of delivering complex IT solutions, especially infrastructure using public cloud platforms
Excellent knowledge of industry best practices of relevant implementation architectures
TOGAF qualified or a willingness to attain a professional architecture qualification
