Client Services Manager Recruitment Lead
Yorkshire Region
Part Time (22.5 hpw) Fixed Term for 12 month
Salary £20,000 to £27,100 (Pro rata)
On call shift payment of £14.30 per session

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. You have a genuine passion to lead our services in delivering aspirational person centred care and support.  You will have the opportunity to shape how we recruit and induct new colleagues in to our Supported services across Yorkshire.  Across the region we have a range of services including; CQC registered Supported Living Services, Community & Wellbeing Services and Homelessness Services. We help our customers to live as independently as possible.
   
Leading our approach to recruitment in Yorkshire, alongside our managers and Recruitment team, you will ensure that we are able to attract brilliant frontline support staff.  You will also be a key part of their induction to provide new colleagues support to feel confident working in our services.

There are 13 in the Supported Management team and we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too!

A bit about you
To be awesome in this job, your key strengths will lie in people management and motivation, bringing colleagues together to share information and best practice. Youll maintain strong professional relationships with your peers and their teams as well as external stakeholders.  Well be impressed with your passion for promoting independence and social inclusion through person centred support, as well as your focus on quality, efficiency and your ability to develop service provision in new and innovative ways. 
 
We do need you to have an excellent working knowledge of the Housing and Care and Support sectors, safeguarding processes and housing law.  Youll be able to respond quickly and appropriately to emerging risks to individuals, teams or the contract and its also important that you have excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too. So join us and lead a team which is doing things differently and spending more time making a real difference to vulnerable peoples lives.
 
To make sure our customers are well supported, its important that you have worked in a supported housing environment before and are passionate about recruiting brilliant people. Dont worry, we wont drop you in the deep end, well help to you understand how things work at Home Group!
 
As this is a leadership in the community based role, youll need to travel around to spend time with your customers. You could do this role using public transport, or if you drive and have access to a car that would also be amazing! (we pay your expenses to cover this use!)
 
When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you dont have a transferrable one.
