Do I need anything else to apply?

Experience in mentoring individuals and / or teams andinfluencing behavioural change Expertise across some of the followingtechniques: Agile / Systems Thinking / Service Design application and stronggrounding in Scrum Experience of large agile transformation programmes infinancial services and / or large corporate environments is helpful but notessential Expertise operating as an Agile Coach across large multiple teams Youmust demonstrate proven backgorund in Scrum Mastery
