Have you been looking to earn some extra cash, while keeping to your current commitments? Now you can! Whats more, youll be making a difference!

This is an exciting time to join Home Group one of the UKs Largest Housing providers, and be part of our brilliant Flexible Bank. Youll be supporting our amazing customers, while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.

Where youll work
Youll be helping our vulnerable customers at Aviary House, our €œGood€ Rated CQC registered service, which provides support to customers with mental health needs as part of a Supported Living Setting.

There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting our customers to achieve their hopes and aspirations to working to bespoke care plans. Youll go home each day knowing that youve made an amazing difference to vulnerable peoples lives. How amazing is that!

We deliver bespoke support to our customers in order to promote their independence to reach their goals and fulfil their ambitions. We use the LIFE model, which enables us to take positive calculated risks, ensuring our customers have a voice and a choice in all aspects of their support. We focus on what our customers can do, and step in to support, when that extra bit of encouragement is required.

You will support our customers to live their day to day lives as independently as possible. The team will tell you that no two days are ever the same because everything we do is €œperson centred€. You might be helping with personal care in the morning and supporting them to attend college in the afternoon.

About you
You thrive both on working with a range of vulnerable customers, who all have different support needs, as well as working with colleagues across different services!  Youll need to hold a Care Certificate or a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification. And to be brilliant, we need you to have a caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference!

Youll be flexible to work at short notice, as youll be the one picking your next shift. The great news is that youll be gaining loads of experience working in different services or locations. But we do need you to be a real people person!

How it works
Working on our bank, youll be able to pick and choose your shifts - from those available in your area. As busy as you are, you should be able to do this on the go via your mobile device!

Whats in it for you?

After you have been paid for your first shift, youll even get a chance to stretch your money further when you get access to our brilliant shopping discount scheme!

Youll even get access to our excellent learning portal to develop your skills further!

Im sure you will find working for us brilliant, so if you want to stick around, you will also be able to apply to all of our roles!

When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you dont have a transferrable one.
