Youll start at NVQ Level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE) with a possible progression to Level 3 (equivalent to A-levels). Many apprentices secure a permanent role with us! Who knows where in future you will end up!

Some of our apprentices say, "Working at Home Group enables me to do what I love, receive a wage and develop my skills" and "I would happily tell anyone thinking of becoming an apprentice that it provides a worthwhile qualification and experience that could lead to a very good career".

Together with support of our staff team, clinicians and external agencies youll really make a difference, and work towards helping your customers successfully move on with a positive future.

Theres lots to get involved with and lots to learn; you could be helping the Support Workers and Coordinators dealing with an event or incident, but our fantastic coffee and good banter will keep you going. Youll need the skin of a Rhino and the heart of a lion, but this does not take away from the caring nature you display towards your colleagues and our customers.

We pride ourselves as being a Great Place to Work, as well as all our excellent benefits, youll join in with some fantastic staff fun days which previously have included a Home Group version of The Apprentice (sadly Alan Sugar was otherwise engaged). Weve also had fun creating music videos and doing ten pin bowling to name just a few!

Please note any offer of employment is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure check through the DBS the costs of which are met by Home Group.
