Registered ManagerSolihull, West MidlandsPermanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)Salary £25,000 to £36,300 dependent upon experienceOn Call Shifts of £14.30 per shift Brilliant outcomes through integrated health, housing and care. Youll be joining us on our exciting journey to become market leaders in New Models of Care by 2021. This means were not providing your traditional supported housing services but rather trailblazing the way in delivering brilliant long term outcomes for vulnerable people through integrated health, housing and care.  As Registered Manager youll be leading our registered service Aviary House in Solihull, which provides support to 24 adults with a complex mental health conditions.  We also have 4 units of step-up or step-down care which is an alternative to a hospital admission or discharge. We are super proud of the innovative and person centred care we deliver to our customers in our service. Located in the North of the Borough within a regeneration area, we have all of the essentials our customers and colleagues need right on our doorstep.  Aviary House is modern, bright and airy and our staff team are passionate and an experienced bunch. As Registered Manager and safeguarding lead, youll use your breadth of knowledge and experience to maintain the high standards of customer support and compliance with regulation.   Youll continue to develop yourself and your team to ensure the high performance and the quality assurance of the services as well as motivating colleagues to make it a great place to work.  Whats more, youll be working alongside our experienced Senior Client Service Manager whose skills will help you settle in and hit the ground running in no time. We work a 24/7 rota and management hours compliment this.  Our Operations Manager Karen has worked for us for 23 years and there are 24 of us in our team, we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too! About youYou hold (well done this is a tough one!) - or are working towards - your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or you might hold an equivalent qualification. You have a proven history of delivering registered services and a sound understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures, including the fundamental standard regulations.  You have loads of experience of partnership working, as well as having strong inter agency links within health and social care.  You're used to embedding a culture of strong communication and reflective practice. In addition to that, you lead, encourage and deliver an open, fair, transparent, supportive and challenging culture at all levels.  We will further support you to lead, manage and govern your team, assuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You support learning and innovation, as well as promoting an open and fair culture. You will ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.  Its also important that you have excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too. So join us and lead a team which is doing things differently making a real difference to vulnerable peoples lives.  You will be service based but with an expectation to travel for team meetings and training but dont worry, well pay you expenses to cover this! When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service.
