Job Description

You will be Tech confident & constantly seeking the latest in terms of the Tech market place & attracting & retaining bet in class talent.

As Head of Talent you will be responsible for:

  • All recruitment - strategy & delivery
  • Identifying & developing preferred suppliers that will add value to the business
  • Implementing strategies to improve recruitment process
  • Roll out efficient candidate management & sourcing
  • Developing partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Attending Graduate fairs & industry events
  • Developing internal Talent roster
  • Training hiring managers on interview processes
  • Building employer brand with Senior Management
  • Partnering & negotiating terms with job boards


  • Have previous experience hiring Tech & Commercial roles at all levels
  • Have previous experience in scaling teams within a fast-growing business
  • Be hardworking
  • Ambitious to disrupt the industry
  • Have the ability to work independently & within a team environment
  • Passionate about the brand & mission
  • Be excited to be part of the team & the journey
  • Ability to coach & mentor others
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
