Are you a qualified and experienced Supply Year 1 Teacher looking for a new job in a vibrant and diverse Primary School in Newham? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly and supportive team at a Primary School in Newham.

Your new Primary School is a two-form entry school with a Nursery, serving a multicultural community in Manor Park. They are also part of a trust, a family of schools who work together to provide the best possible education for pupils. They have high expectations for all children and staff and are committed to providing a creative and engaging curriculum that inspires a love of learning.

As a Supply Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners and the national curriculum objectives

Assessing and reporting on pupils' progress and attainment

Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters pupils' well-being and behaviour

Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support pupils' learning and development

Participating in the school's professional development programme and contributing to the school's improvement plan

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1

A passion for teaching and a commitment to raising standards

Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills

A positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and improve

Good communication and interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
