Job Description

The role involves being the first point of contact for the Chief Customer

Officer, providing secretarial and administrative support across a range of

tasks. It requires engagement with Executive level colleagues and therefore

candidates must be comfortable and confident dealing with internal and

external stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What does the role of a Personal Assistant entail?

 * You’ll plan and prioritise a demanding schedule and produce

comprehensive information including material for various committees and

appointments.

 * You’ll proactively manage all correspondence, deciding on

priorities / actions.

 * You’ll arrange travel requirements adhering to travel policy &

budget.

 * You’ll carry out a wide range of administrative duties including

expenses, invoices, electronic and paper filing, dealing with IT issues.

 * You’ll engage with senior stakeholders within the team and

outside, clarifying requirements to support business decisions.

What would make you successful in this role?

We are looking for an individual with a passion for organisation and the

ability to apply this passion within a fast paced environment.

 * Ideally you’d have previous experience working in a similar role

within a fast paced and challenging environment where organisation is key. 

 

 * You’ll be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all

levels across the business. 

 

 * You’ll have the confidence to work both autonomously and as part

of a team and have the ability to be able to plan, prioritise and manage a

diverse workload effectively.

 

 * You’ll have experience acting as a Senior PA and providing

coaching and support to other members of the team.
