Empowering customers to live rewarding and happy lives. Thats when it hits home.

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers who can be challenging and volatile at times, but are hugely rewarding to work with! Our customers are young people at risk of homelessness, who are aged between 16 and 25, at the Tyneside Foyer and at Hawthorne House. Almost 80% of them have a mental health diagnosis. We help them in the areas of emotional support, practical support, advice and advocacy.

Our customers live in the Tyneside Foyer in a large building in the city centre of Newcastle. They live in one of 52 single person en-suite bedrooms (that are fully furnished), and share communal living facilities and kitchens. There are also 20 fully furnished, self-contained flats, each with bedroom, living room and kitchen, where some of our customers live.

Our Customers who live at Hawthorne House live in a beautiful listed building in the Elswick area. There are 10 rooms in the main building with shared facilities and 20 customers living in the community in single occupancy supported tenancies.

We help our customers to change their lives, and support them to work towards achieving their aspirations.
