Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Wanted (Conservation)

The company has a broad range of specialist teams spanning across numerous sectors who are experts in their field. The expertise within the business includes Chartered Surveyors and Certified Historic Building Professionals.

The Role

Based in our Guildford Office you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting range of conservation projects and be part of a team who are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 5 years minimum surveying experience
  • Qualified RICS/CIOB or working towards formal qualifications
  • Conservation sector experience.
  • Client management experience and excellent 'face to face' communication skills in client facing environments.
  • Proven experience of working at both pre and post contract stages.
  • Experience in aspects of Technical Staff Management.
