We are looking for someone than can drive the Customer Value (including but not limited to Digital) proposition within Wealth management and Insurance, working with the WM&I and Customer Value proposition teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experienced change professional: ability to shape proposals and lead engagements (both client and TORI team)
  • Deep understanding of Wealth Management and Insurance, particularly Retail Investments, Wealth Platforms, Life and Pensions
  • Deep understanding of Customer and Distribution in WM&I - both end customers and IFAs, D2C and D2B channels
  • Good understanding of digital channels
  • Good understanding of customer journeys/propositions
  • Good understanding of the relevant WM&I regulation impacting this area
  • Ability to deliver TORI thought leadership including presenting at conferences
  • Self-starter, can sell work and work accounts, although this is not a pure sales role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in Customer Value within industry or consultancy - ideally a mixture of both
  • Track record of leading significant projects in this area (within industry or consultancy)
  • Has a good black book - is well connected within the industry
