Your new role
As a civil engineer in this company you will be completing a range of tasks everyday varying on the current project and what is needed to support the rest of the team. You will have the chance to be on the client facing side of the business to have the opportunity to bring in new projects which excite you and be able to work on it from the initial stages and see it through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful civil engineer will need to be very ambitious and willing to learn as many aspects of the industry as possible as the company are looking to support you to build the most well rounded civil engineer as you can become. You will need to be self driven to achieve the most you can out of every day in order for you to be successful in your personal aims and the company as a whole.
