Job Description

Domestic Electrician - working on social housing

Our client is a social housing provider based in Scarborough and the East Coast. They are looking for a domestic electrician to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations in domestic properties across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and inspecting electrical wiring and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Identifying electrical faults and performing repairs and upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintaining inspection reports and records


    • Requirements:
  • Proven electrician experience in domestic properties
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection Certificate & 18th Edition
  • Valid driving licence
  • Social housing/domestic sector experience desirable

  • Competitive salary of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
  • 40 hour work week Monday to Friday
