Job Description

Our client are looking for an HR Business Advisor to be based in Inverness but with travel around the highlands and on an initial 3 month FTC.

This 3 month FTC is to cover the latter part of maternity cover to the end of October and you will be sitting within the Business Management team and covering some of the following duties:

  • Provide HR and Operational advice to the business management teams
  • Provide local managers with HR support and advice
  • Provide capability planning expertise to line management
  • Provide recruitment campaign expertise to large scale recruitment campaigns
  • Provide knowledge of professional areas of expertise including Employment Legislation, Conditions of Service, Human Resources Policies and Procedures and general employment related developments
  • Prepare and monitor statistical information on employment matters
  • Represent HR-OD at committee meetings, working parties, management meetings as required

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Membership of CIPD
  • Experienced in an HR Advisor or partnership style role
  • Ability to deal confidently and appropriately with a range of internal & external customers

Must have Drivers licence, as the ability to travel throughout the area is required
