We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. The Statutory Sales and Resales team help our customers achieve their home ownership goals. Your task will be to meet (and exceed!) our sales income and targets by actively progressing our resales, staircasing and right to acquire and right to buy services. Youll achieve through your brilliant bespoke service to all current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services all the way!

You will join us working at our funky London office base, were just round the corner from Farringdon station. Half of our team are based at our Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne, but we look after our combined customers all across the country!

About our team

Youll discover that our fabulous team are super passionate about helping the business achieve its key objective of building (and selling) the right homes in the right places! To us were not just a team were a €œwork family€. Our manager Susanna has worked for Home Group for over 8 years now and brings 26 years of experience in sales and marketing. When shes not at work, she enjoys spending time with her (small but perfectly formed) family. There will be 10 of us in the team. We dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too! As a team we get together once a month and we alternate between London and Newcastle (so youll have your chance to get up to see the €œtoon€)

About you

You come from a property sales environment and thrive on using your marketing and sales progression techniques. You know your resales from your stair casing and statutory sales, and be able to deal with them from start to finish! Youre a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills.

Youre comfortable working with Microsoft Office products and love to use your excellent IT skills to benefit all. If you dont know how, you are confident in your ability to soon pick up (given your great ability to learn!)  Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our technological infrastructure, so its really important to us that youre technologically savvy.

To make sure our customers are well supported, its important that you have worked in a property sales and marketing environment before. Dont worry, we wont drop you in the deep end, well help and support you to understand how things work at Home Group!

Youll be office based for the majority of your time, however our team come together approximately 2 days per month, and youll be expected to join us and possibly be away overnight.
