You will be responsible for root cause analysis and have the ability to develop the solutions to address any issues. This involves identifying the areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
It is essential the Operations Manager has previous management experience, knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management, experience in budgeting and forecasting, an understanding of business and financial principles and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
