URGENT REQUIREMENT - HR Policy and Project Lead - Contract
I am looking for a Temporary Administrator for a Bury St Edmunds Office (although the role can be home based for now) Working 14 hours per week - working days will be Friday and ideally Monday, but this could be negotiable.
Job details are as follows:
Day Rate: £10-15 per hour (INSIDE IR35)
Duration: 2 Month Contract.
As an Administrator you'll use your enthusiasm, positivity, and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to stakeholders. As the initial point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service to a diverse workforce. You will also support the team with various administrative duties, including diary management.
A flexible approach is key component of this role, as they strive to provide the best possible service, so having the ability to adapt is valued. As well as exceptional customer service, you'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
You'll have the initiative to take personal ownership of projects and to prioritise workload.
