*Assist with full people screening and quality assurance process.
Role duties and requirements:
People screening & Background Screening (Training will be provided on the below)
*Initiating PS 1 (pre-employment screening)
*Background screening to be carried out manually or via the NWC system.
*Before the contractors start date, you will need to contact the contractor and issue a people screening email outlining all paperwork/documentation required.
*Carry out people screening background checks (eg PORTW, ID, criminal checks, credit checks, sanction checks, references and career break).
*Ensure all paperwork is received and checked to confirm it meets the client's people screening requirements.
*Obtain approval for file, then send PS1 notification prior to start date.
*Obtain references and career break documentation for candidates
*Scan or save all documents to the contractor's electronic file and save information to the relevant spreadsheets eg People screening spreadsheet and reference spreadsheet in an accurate and timely manner.
*Flag any urgent issues or concerns to your manager ASAP and keep account manager updated so they can warn client of any pending issues
*Flag any reoccurring people screening or contractor issues in weekly team meeting
*Carry out people screening & background checks to ensure 100% SLA are achieved
*Ensure our audit record of 100% is maintained and achieved across all customers
