With our strategy set, and direction clear, our APM Award Winning PMO (Programme Management Office) is ensuring the delivery of the varied strategic programmes and projects which ensure Home Group remains the market leader in our field. 

We need the right people to make this happen, so after an internal move, were looking for a dynamic and passionate Business Analyst to join our brilliant team and help us shape our future!

You will help to drive the direction and development of strategic change initiatives at Home Group. Offering support and best practice to a team of Business Analysts, youll apply your in-depth experience and wider industry knowledge to achieve the right results.  You will lead in the production of business cases, benefit realisation plans and development of products within the Business Analysis (BA) Framework, making sure we successfully deliver our projects and programmes. 

Joining Mels Programme Delivery Team, you will deliver our projects and programmes.  Mel loves working for Home Group but is also a firm believer in getting the right work/life balance.  With a husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs to €œproject€ manage theres never a dull moment but shell always find time to relax (and if its with a glass of something bubbly, even better!)

A bit about you

You are a skilled and experienced Business Analyst; with an excellent understanding of Prince2 / MSP and significant exposure to business analysis frameworks such as BPMN and ISEB.  You have experience of gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders from all levels. You are comfortable adapting to new ways of working as well as solving problems and issues when they arise.

You are a clear communicator with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of colleagues and stakeholders. You work flexibly, adapting your style to match and meet the needs of the business area(s) that you are collaborating with.
