The British Science Association’s vision is for science to be seen as a fundamental part of culture and society. Our mission is to transform the diversity and inclusivity of science, to reach under-served audiences and increase the number of people who are actively engaged and involved in science. People’s experiences of science at school are a major influence on the way they perceive science throughout their lives, and so our education work plays a critical role in our goal of changing the way science is understood.

As our Education Officer you will help us implement our vision. working on key education projects with a focus on data and reporting, requiring you to have experience of data analysis and producing reports. You should have good customer service skills, as you will be a key contact for our partners and schools and responsible for supporting their journey with us. Strong communication and IT skills are required to deliver effective mailing campaigns and to ensure usable, accurate data and information. You will also help deliver successful events for our partners.
