ROLE DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen to help shape and deliver our marketing.

In this new role, you will devise and implement B2B integrated campaigns and help drive opportunities from new and existing customers.

Reporting into the Sales Director and working closely with the Business Development and office support teams you will enjoy an autonomous role leading the marketing function in the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy including joint activities with our key partners eg Microsoft.

  • Ensure marketing campaigns are integrated across both on and offline channels.

  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales team strategies.

  • Develop branded collateral and marketing assets

  • Co-ordination and publishing of white papers, case studies and blog content

  • Social media management across our social channels

  • Updating and managing the website

  • Writing and issuing press releases

  • Management of Exhibitions and seminar/thought leadership events

  • Track and provide insight into marketing spend and ROI

  • Act as guardian for Innervate' brand identity across the organisation.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Understanding of the latest marketing methodologies and tactics

  • Understand current technology, economic and social trends

  • Ability to coach and raise profile of marketing in the company

  • Awareness of the legal requirements of marketing activity including GDPR

  • Strong numerical skills for budget management and ROI reporting

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong understanding of branding & campaign management

  • Strong commercial awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in marketing or CIM qualification

  • At least two years' experience in a communications and marketing role ideally in a B2B environment
