Design and Technology Teacher

Your new company
We are currently seeking a Design and Technology Teacher to join a reputable school in Middlesbrough. For this job, the successful candidate will be able to teach students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. There will be Art teaching involved but the curriculum is mainly DT.
Your new role
- Delivering engaging lessons to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5- Preparing lesson plans, resources and assessments
- Assessing and providing feedback to students on their progress
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for students
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in the DT curriculum and Art topics
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent- Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology with a background in Art topics
- Experience teaching Design and Technology to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
- Passionate about teaching and committed to providing the best possible learning outcomes for students

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Salary: £150-£220 based on experience
